Low-arsenic antarctic krill oil composition and preparation method therefor

The invention relates to a low-arsenic antarctic krill oil composition and a preparation method therefor. The composition is prepared through the following steps: (1) washing a raw material with an aqueous solution of ethanol, and then, carrying out extraction by a mixed solvent of ethyl acetate and ethanol which are in any ratio; (2) removing arsenic from an extract by an adsorbent; and (3) carrying out molecular distillation to remove the solvent.
