The turnover unloading device comprises a positioning engagement mechanism, a turnover mechanism, a gantry mechanism and a travelling mechanism. The positioning engagement mechanism comprises engagement hooks, supporting frames, probe teeth, a longitudinal movement cross beam and a fixed fulcrum cross beam. The engagement hooks can rotate relative to the supporting frames. The longitudinal movement cross beam is connected with the supporting frames. The fixed fulcrum cross beam penetrates through the probe teeth. The supporting frames can rotate around the fixed fulcrum cross beam. The turnover mechanism comprises pull rods, power mechanisms and a drive motor. The pull rods can slide or rotate on the power mechanisms. The pull rods and the power mechanisms are connected with the fixed fulcrum cross beam and the longitudinal movement cross beam.
