The dock positioning device comprises a leaning frame, linear driving components, supporting rods and universal wheels, wherein the linear driving components are mounted on the leaning frame, the supporting rods are driven by the linear driving components to move reciprocatingly, and the universal wheels are mounted at the ends of the supporting rods; a rubber fender is arranged on one of the two opposite sides of the leaning frame, clamping plates capable of being connected with a dock trailer wagon rail in a clamped mode are connected with the two ends of the other side of the leaning frame, lifting lugs are arranged on the two sides of each clamping plate correspondingly, and the lifting lugs are connected with lifting plates on the leaning frame through rigging turnbuckles. Through the dock positioning device and two mooring ropes of a ship bow and a ship stern of an exi
