Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an equipment charging device and an equipment charging pantograph. The equipment charging device comprises a charging mechanism and a hydraulic driving system. The hydraulic driving system comprises a controller, an oil supply device and a hydraulic cylinder, the controller is in electric connection with the oil supply device, and according to a descending signal or a charging stop signal or a closing signal, a starting signal for controlling the oil supply device is generated. The oil supply device further communicates with the hydraulic cylinder and is used for supplying hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder according to the starting signal and recovering hydraulic oil released by the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder is further in transmission connection with the charging mechanism and used for driving the charging mechanism to descend to charge to-be-charged equipment.
