Paliperidone press-coated tablet and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutic preparations and particularly relates to a paliperidone press-coated tablet. The press-coated tablet comprises a tablet core layer and a wrapping layer wrapping the tablet core layer; the tablet core layer and the wrapping layer both contain paliperidone; three-layer tableting does not need to be carried out; and the tablet core layer and the wrapping layer are arranged from inside to outside. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the paliperidone press-coated tablet. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of the table core layer: mixing the paliperidone with auxiliary materials and then pressing to form the table core layer; (2) preparation of a wrapping layer material: mixing the paliperidone with the auxiliary materials to obtain the wrapping layer material; and (3) preparation of the press-coated tablet: pre-filling the wrapping layer material, filling the tablet core layer, filling the wrapping layer material
