Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a making method of meat seasoned with distillers' grains, through staged fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of pretreating raw meat; preparing distillers' grains for seasoning; performing preserving with the distillers' grains, and performing fermentation under 2-4 DEG C for 2-5 days; performing inoculating with a fermenting agent; taking lactobacillus fermentum and lactobacillus plantarum, performing mixing, and performing uniform inoculating on the meat preserved with the distillers' grains under 2-4 DEG C; performing vacuum fermentation, and performing sealing under 2-10 DEG C for 3-10 days; and performing low-temperature cooking sterilization. The distillers' grains are used for seasoning and staged fermentation is adopted, so that growth of harmful microorganisms and pathogenic bacteria is restrained, and health risks caused by addition of preservatives in a conventional manner are reduced; complete meat flavor is preserved, the flavor loss of the meat in the f
