Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a making method of meat seasoned with distillers' grains, through staged fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of pretreating raw meat; preparing distillers' grains for seasoning; performing preserving with the distillers' grains, and performing fermentation under 2-4 DEG C for 2-5 days; performing inoculating with a fermenting agent; taking lactobacillus fermentum and lactobacillus plantarum, performing mixing, and performing uniform inoculating on the meat preserved with the distillers' grains under 2-4 DEG C; performing vacuum fermentation, and performing sealing under 2-10 DEG C for 3-10 days; and performing low-temperature cooking sterilization.
