The preparation method comprises steps as follows: 25%-55% of zinc nitrate, 10%-25% of sodium oxide, 25%-75% of lithium carbonate and 30%-85% of carbon dust are mixed in percentage by mass and then put into a heating device, the mixture is heated gradually to be treated at the temperature of 850-1,000 DEG C for 8-12 h, cooled, crushed, ground and sieved, and a battery material is obtained and wrapped with a wrapping layer made from polytetrafluoroethylene.
