The method comprises steps as follows: S1 sampling; S2 preparation of standby devices; S3 preparation of a sample; S4 method and data processing; S5 establishment of an infrared spectrum fingerprint; S6 infrared spectrum analysis of inflorescence of cynomorium songaricum; S7 second-derivative spectrum analysis of the inflorescence of cynomorium songaricum; S8 establishment of a production place discrimination model; S9 comparison and identification. Infrared spectrums of inflorescence of cynomorium songaricum in different production places are analyzed through a Fourier infrared spectrometric analyzer, and an infrared characteristic spectrum of the inflorescence of cynomorium songaricum is established and analyzed, which indicates that the inflorescence of cynomorium songaricum mainly contains phenols, protein, flavonoids, saccharides and fatty acid.
