The pantograph damper comprises a piston rod (1), a left end cover (2), a cylinder barrel (3), a piston (4), a one-way valve body (5), a locking nut (6), an outer casing pipe (7), a right end cover (8), a pin head (9) and an oil leveler (10). The pantograph damper is widely applied to electric locomotives such as bullet trains and high-speed trains; impact of wind power, hail and sand grains on a pantograph can be effectively absorbed; reliable contact between the pantograph and a power line of a power grid is guaranteed; and failure, such as arc discharge and outage, caused by contact between the pantograph and the power line of the power grid and major accidents occurring under the severe condition are prevented. The pantograph damper is simple and novel in structure, and reliable guarantee is provided for domestication of the pantograph damper.
