The method comprises the steps of providing a barrel with a rectangular receiving space, a plurality of first partition layers, a plurality of second partition layers, and a third partition layer; any side of the rectangular receiving space is used as a lower wall for fixing any first partition layer, and the side opposing the lower wall is used as an upper wall for fixing the third partition layer; the first partition layers and the second partition layers are stack-welded and fixed layer by layer in alternate manner from the lower wall to the upper wall; the third partition layer is fixedly welded to the uppermost first partition layer; the first partition layers, the second partition layers and the third partition layer divide the rectangular receiving space into multiple receiving cavities, each receiving cavity is regularly hexagonal, and the receiving cavitie |
