Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an alpha-alumina carrier of a silver catalyst used for ethylene epoxidation and a preparation method thereof. In a carrier preparation process, a silicon compound, petroleum coke, a zirconium compound and an optional potassium compound are added, so that the obtained alpha-alumina carrier has larger specific surface area and high water absorption, and the crystal form of the obtained alpha-alumina carrier is in an interlocked flaky shape. The preparation method of the alpha-alumina carrier of the silver catalyst used for the ethylene epoxidation has the advantages that the adopted raw materials are easy to obtain, and steps are simple. The silver catalyst and the alpha-alumina carrier of the silver catalyst used for the ethylene epoxidation have a broad application prospect.
本发明涉及种乙烯环氧化用银催化剂的α-氧化铝载体及其制备方法,通过在载体的制备过程中加入硅化合物、石油焦、锆化合物以及任选的钾化合物制得的α-氧化铝载体具有较高的比表面积和吸水率,并且制得的α-氧化铝载体的晶型呈联锁片状。本发明提供的乙烯环氧化用银催化剂的α-氧化铝载体的制备方法所采用的原料均易于获得,且制备方法步骤简单。本发明提供的乙烯环氧化用银催化剂的α-氧化铝载体和银催化剂具有宽广的应用前景。 |
