The method comprises: vehicle numbers are distributed to all original orders and initial vehicle number distribution information is generated, wherein the initial vehicle number distribution information includes the vehicle numbers and all corresponding original orders; vehicle number loading mileages of all vehicle numbers in the initial vehicle number distribution information are optimized to obtain optimized vehicle number distribution information including the vehicle numbers and all corresponding optimized original orders; and total vehicle mileages of all vehicle numbers in the vehicle number distribution information are optimized to obtain vehicle distribution information concluding vehicle identifiers and corresponding vehicle paths.
