Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses novel saline-alkaline resistant esterase E84 derived from a deep-sea bacterium and an encoding gene and application thereof and relates to an esterase gene e84 derived from deep-sea bacterium Altererythrobacter atlanticus 26DY36. The nucleotide sequence of the esterase gene is expressed as SEQ ID NO. 1. After the esterase gene is subjected to heterologous expression, the highest catalytic activity is achieved when the substrate is p-nitrophenol hexanoate (C6), and the enzyme activity is 50U/mg; the optimum pH value of catalytic hydrolysis of the esterase E84 is 9.5; the esterase E84 still can retain 70% or above of the activity in 0.5mol/L NaCl; the enzyme activity is increased under the condition that an organic solvent which is glycerinum or a detergent TritonX-100 is added. The esterase has the characteristic of saline-alkaline resistance, and can be applied to industrial production under alkaline salt-containing conditions of chiral drug synthesis, sewage treatment and detergent in |
