Liquid plastic and pouring method thereof

The invention discloses liquid plastic and a pouring method thereof. The liquid plastic is used for making centering fixtures and is prepared from, by weight, 25%-40% of polymethyl methacrylate, 5%-15% of polystyrene, 50%-60% of phthalate, 1%-2% of organic tin compounds, 1%-2% of zinc oxide and 2%-10% of vacuum oil. The liquid plastic used for making the centering fixtures has the advantages that through synergistic effect of the components, positioning accuracy of the centering fixtures is greatly improved, and high clamping force is achieved; meanwhile, the liquid plastic serving as tooling for medium tightening is stable in quality, and service life of the tooling is prolonged to about 2 years from previous 6 months or so. 本发明公开了种液性塑料及其浇注方法，液性塑料，用于定心式夹具，包括以重量百分比计的下列组分：聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯25～40％，聚苯乙烯5～15％，偏苯三酸脂50～60％，有机锡化合物1～2％，氧化锌1～2％，真空油2～10％。该液性塑料用于定心式夹具，各组分之间协同作用，使定心式夹具的定位精度大幅提高，夹紧力大，同时提高了液性塑料作为涨紧介质的工装的质量稳定性，使工装的使用寿命由之前的6个月左右延长至2年。
