The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, treating loofah sponge by using biogas slurry to obtain small pretreated loofah sponge blocks; secondly, carrying out mashing treatment on grapes and lemon, carrying out hybrid heating on a mashed material and water, and centrifuging to obtain supernatant; mixing the supernatant with a dopamine solution to obtain impregnation liquid; impregnating the small pretreated loofah sponge blocks into the impregnation liquid for impregnating, and then taking out to obtain small impregnated and modified loofah sponge blocks; thirdly, mixing clay mineral substances with fly ash, soaking a mixture with water, then spraying with liquid nitrogen, and freezing to obtain composite material powder; fourthly, mixing the composite material powder with hydrochloric acid, and then filtering to obtain filtrate; fifthly, mix
