Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly relates of high-stability concrete for a road. The concrete is prepared by mixing 1000kg of cement, 2400-3300kg of pebble, 250-400kg of metakaolin, 340-450kg of water, 10-15kg of water reducing agent, and 40-60kg of carbon fibers, forming, and then wrapping with FRP (Fiber Reinforce Plastic) ribs, wherein the FRP ribs are buried in the long-side direction of concrete, and the FRP ribs are buried at every 10-50cm in the width direction. According to the concrete, the pressure strength is 30.2-61.4MPa; the splitting strength is 5.10-7.02MPa.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及种道路用高稳定性混凝土,混凝土是由水泥、石子、偏高岭土、水、减水剂、碳纤维混合成型后包裹FRP筋所形成;其各组分的使用分量为:以1000kg水泥计算,石子用量在2400~3300kg,偏高岭土用量在250~400kg,水用量在340~450kg,减水剂用量在10~15kg,碳纤维用量在40~60kg。FRP筋沿混凝土长边方向埋设,沿宽度方向每隔10~50cm埋设根FRP筋。本发明的混凝土的抗压强度为30.2~61.4MPa;劈裂强度为5.10~7.02MPa。 |
