The invention discloses an air conditioner control circuit and further discloses a vehicle comprising the air conditioner control circuit. The air conditioner control circuit comprises a condenser loop and a resistive element. When the pressure value in an air conditioner high-pressure loop is not larger than a preset pressure value, the resistive element is connected into the condenser loop, and when the pressure in the air conditioner high-pressure loop is larger than the preset pressure value, the resistive element is retreated from the condenser loop. By applying the air conditioner control circuit, when the pressure value in the air conditioner high-pressure loop is not larger than a preset pressure value, the resistive element is connected into the condenser loop, and a condenser operates at a low speed; and when the environment temperature in a driving cab is over high and the pressure in the high-pressure loop is more than the preset pressure value, the resistive element is retreated from the condense
