The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing graphene oxide and a metal organic frame crystal according to the mass ratio of 1:(0.2-5) to prepare a reaction mixed liquid system, then adding a crosslinking agent, heating to 150 to 200 DEG C, performing heat-preserving reaction for 2 to 24 hours, cooling, separating out a product, washing and freeze-drying to prepare the graphene/metal organic frame aerogel adsorbing/catalyzing material.
