Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of adjuvants of veterinary vaccines, and in particular relates to a glycyrrhizin liposome immunologic adjuvant and a preparation method thereof. The liposome immunologic adjuvant mainly consists of the following raw material components: 10-50 parts of soybean lecithin, 3-17 parts of cholesterol, 1-5 parts of butylated hydroxytoluene, 0.1-3 parts of stearyl amine, 0.1-2 parts of phosphatidic acid, 0.5-2 parts of glycyrrhizin and 0.5-2 parts of muramyl-tripeptide.
