The invention discloses an antenna device and a communication electronic device. The antenna device comprises a low-frequency part and an antenna ground which are arranged in an opposite manner on a first direction, and a medium-high frequency part between the low-frequency part and the antenna ground. The medium-high frequency part extends along a second direction. The second direction is vertical to the first direction. Gaps are between the medium-high frequency part and the low-frequency part, and between the medium-high frequency part and the antenna ground, and a stray capacitor is between the medium-high frequency part and the low-frequency part. The medium-high frequency part is connected with the antenna ground through feed points. The medium-high frequency part, the low-frequency part, and the antenna ground are on a same plane.
