Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a sodium silicate restoration method for preventing soft rock disintegration. The sodium silicate restoration method is characterized in that a sodium silicate solution is sprayed on an excavated foundation surface, and the concentration of the sodium silicate solution is not smaller than 3%; and spraying is performed continuously and cyclically for multiple times, so that the moisture saturability of soft sock of the excavated foundation surface is greater than 95%. By adopting the method, moisture is supplemented; the effects of soft rock disintegration inhibition and raw rock strength maintenance are realized; besides, the technique of spraying the sodium silicate solution is low in cost and simple and feasible; meanwhile, the sprayed sodium silicate can be reacted with upper layer sprayed concrete after trace crystallization, so that a bonding layer is formed between the sprayed concrete and raw rock; and the effect of the sprayed concrete for protecting the raw rock is improved, w |
