Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) locus rs2235546 related to the susceptibility to primary hepatocellular carcinoma and application of the SNP locus rs2235546. Genotypes of the SNP locus rs2235546 are specifically detected by the aid of designed PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification primers and fluorescent probes, and accordingly the susceptibility to the primary hepatocellular carcinoma can be evaluated. Sequences of the PCR amplification primers and the fluorescent probes are shown as SEQ ID NO:2-5. A detection method includes S1, extracting DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of genomes of to-be-detected samples; S2, utilizing the DNA obtained at the step S1 as a template, carrying out fluorescent quantitative PCR detection by the aid of primer combinations and determining the genotypes of the SNP locus rs2235546.
