The invention relates to a work fixture for the hemispherical body processing of an eccentric semi-ball valve. The work fixture comprises a core shaft, wherein the core shaft penetrates through the center of the hemispherical body; an upper support and a lower support are arranged at the two ends of the core shaft separately and used for supporting the upper and lower end surfaces of the hemispherical body; the upper support and the lower support are fixedly connected onto a transition disc; the transition disc and the hemispherical body are fixed and supported in the axial direction through a supporting piece; an eccentric disc is fixedly connected onto the transition disc; the centers of the transition disc and the eccentric disc coincide with the center line of the hemispherical body; during the processing process, the eccentric disc is connected with a machine tool flange; and the radial eccentric distance between the eccentric disc and the center line of the machine tool flange is alpha. The work fixture
