| Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a driving accident detection and identification method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a suspected accident determination phase: continuously obtaining an acceleration value of a forward direction of a vehicle, comparing the acceleration value with a threshold value of the suspected accident, a severe grade of the suspected rapid acceleration/acceleration accident is determined; and 2) a template distance coupling phase: the determined suspected rapid acceleration/acceleration accidents are respectively matched with the accident templates corresponding to the severe grades, the distance between the suspected rapid acceleration/acceleration accident and the accident template is determined, when the distance is smaller than the set template distance threshold value, the severe grade of the accident template is the real dangerous driving grade of the vehicle.
