The charging controlling device comprises a charging interface, a pressure sensor, a resistance detecting part and a controller, the charging interface is electrically connected with a charging machine, and the controller is connected with the pressure sensor, the resistance detecting part and the charging machine; the pressure sensor is used for detecting the suffered pressure value after contacting of the charging interface and an electricity receiving interface of an electric vehicle, and the pressure value is sent to the controller; the resistance detecting part is used for detecting the resistance value of an electricity receiving interface connected to a closed circuit and sending the resistance value to the controller; and the controller is used for determining whether the pressure value is in the preset pressure value range or not, and when the resistance value is smaller than the preset resistance
