The automobile self-carrying solar cell comprises a solar cell panel and a power supply connection box arranged on the automobile body; the power supply connection box is connected with the solar cell panel and used for transmitting electric energy converted by the solar cell panel; and the power supply connection box is connected with an automobile storage battery and transmits the electric energy to automobile electric equipment through the automobile storage battery. The automobile self-carrying solar cell, by fully utilizing the natural resource-solar energy, converts solar energy into electric energy for continuously supplementing electric energy for the automobile storage battery; and meanwhile, the automobile self-carrying solar cell is simple in structure, convenient to assemble, stable in performance and capable of supplying electric energy for the automobile electric equipment continuously.
