Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a satisfaction degree-based model for solving an optimal electric quantity grading standard of residential multi-step electricity pricing. Firstly actual conditions are considered, and according to a distribution curve of existing electricity consumption of residents, multiple groups of electric quantity grading standards are established; secondly a function for describing the unsatisfaction degrees of the residents is established, and the value of the function for describing the unsatisfaction degrees of the residents under each group of the electric quantity grading standards is calculated; and the grading standard corresponding to the lowest unsatisfaction degree is selected as an optimal result. According to the model, the unsatisfaction degrees of the residents, calculated based on electricity price and electric quantity, serve as a basis for electric quantity grading, and the benefits of the residents and grid companies are ensured on the basis of ensuring electricity selling inc
