Fast food picture recognition method and system

The invention discloses a fast food picture recognition method and system. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a training set, and dividing the training set into two categories that include a food picture set and a non-food picture set; separately dividing the food picture set and the non-food picture set into small categories; constructing an Inception-BN network model, and training the Inception-BN network model by using the classified food picture set and non-food picture set; and inputting a picture to be recognized into the trained Inception-BN network model, calculating the probability that the picture to be recognized belongs to food pictures or non-food pictures, comparing the probability with the threshold, and determining the category of the picture to be recognized according to a comparison result. According to the fast food picture recognition method and system disclosed by the invention, the calculation speed can be greatly increased, and the accuracy rate of recognition can be i
