The cleaning method is characterized by comprises steps of setting a first organic matter sensor for detecting an organic matter content in inlet water in a water inlet system of the cleaning machine, setting a second organic matter sensor which is used for detecting the organic matter content of the water in a cleaning cavity and is communicated with the cleaning cavity and is arranged inside the cleaning cavity or outside the cleaning cavity, comparing measurement data of the two organic matter sensors, if a numerical value which is obtained through dividing a difference value between the organic matter contents in the water of the cleaning cavity and the inlet water by the organic matter content of the inlet water is smaller than 5%, directly jumping to execute a rinsing process.
