A device comprises a double-input simulation multiplier MC1496 integrated IC; a +12V power source and a -8V power source which can guarantee double difference pairs in the MC1496 to be in an amplification state; a variable resistor Rp2 capable of guaranteeing the whole circuit to be in a balance state; resistors Rp1, R1, R2, R3 and R4 which form a bridge to change a voltage of a UAB, wherein the UAB voltage is made to change among a positive value, 0 and a negative value, and an amplitude modulation circuit is made to have common amplitude-modulated waves, critical amplitude modulation, excessive amplitude modulation and double-side amplitude modulation.
