The preparation method includes the following steps: using graphene oxide GO, tetrahydrate indium trichloride and urea as raw materials, and using trisodium citrate as a surfactant and a reductant for hydrothermal method and calcinations to obtain the omposite room temperature gas-sensitive material with the mesoporous structure cubic In2O3 uniformly distributed on a three dimensional rGO carrier overlapped into a pore structure.
