Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an intelligent wind-light storage bird-repellent device which comprises a bird-repellent device body, a power part, a control device, a monitoring device and a mounting base. The bird-repellent device body, the power part, the control device and the monitoring device are fixed to a transformer substation door-shaped framework or a power transmission line cross arm through the mounting base, the power part is connected with the bird-repellent device body, the control device and the monitoring device through wires and transmits energy, the control device is connected with the power part and the bird-repellent device body through wires and transfers control information, and the monitoring device is connected with the control device through a wire and transmits monitoring signals. The reliable working of the bird-repellent device under multiple weather conditions is ensured, bird flocks are effectively repelled in time, and the operating reliability of a power grid is remarkably improved.
