A first constant current and constant voltage switching circuit and a second constant current and constant voltage switching circuit can be arranged on the receiving part for implementation together. The composition is that a secondary constant current compensation inductor is connected in series with a first changeover switch, and the control end of the first changeover switch is connected with a first controller. The composition of the second constant current and constant voltage switching circuit is that a secondary constant voltage compensation inductor is connected in series with a second changeover switch, and the control end of the second changeover switch is connected with the first controller.
