Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the field of vehicles and provides a pipe fitting assembly and a dust cover component of a vehicle steering system. The pipe fitting assembly comprises a first pipe fitting and a second pipe fitting, wherein a radial bulge is formed on the peripheral surface of the first pipe fitting; the second pipe fitting is provided with a clamping mechanism positioned in the second pipe fitting and an operation mechanism operably connected to the clamping mechanism and extending out of the second pipe fitting; the first pipe fitting is inserted into the second pipe fitting; the radial bulge of the first pipe fitting is operated by the operating mechanism to be clamped by the clamping mechanism in a releasable manner; and the clamping mechanism comprises a retaining ring and a clamping ring, and the clamping ring is operably connected with the operating mechanism and operated by the operating mechanism to slide toward the retaining ring in the axial direction.
