Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing a layered and crossed carbon fiber reinforced metal matrix composite through ultrasonic vibration. The method comprises the following steps that (1) carbon fiber braided fabric is prepared by arranging carbon fibers in a layered and crossed mode, the prepared carbon fiber braided fabric is placed between two circular clamping pieces, and pretightening force is generated by clamping the two circular clamping pieces through a fixture, so that the carbon fiber braided fabric in a tightened state is fixed between the two circular clamping pieces with the pretightening force, and carbon fiber preform with the pretightening force is obtained; (2) the carbon fiber preform is placed in melting metal liquid under inert gas protection or under vacuum; (3) an ultrasonic wave is exerted over the carbon fiber preform, and the action position of the ultrasonic wave is moved in a reciprocating and sweeping mode at a uniform speed so that the action scope of the ultrasonic wave |
