The charcoal-making furnace comprises six parts including a furnace body, a burning chamber, an ash chamber, a charcoal-making chamber, a chimney and a wood supporting frame. When the woods are burnt into the charcoals, an upper cover of the charcoal-making chamber is removed, the charcoals are transferred into the charcoal-making chamber, then the upper cover of the charcoal-making chamber is closed to separate the charcoals from air and then the wood charcoals are made.
