Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to antihypertensive bioactive peptide Citn-Hyp-Pro as well as application and a medicine composition. An amino acid sequence of the bioactive peptide is: citrulline hydroxyprolyl proline, and the bioactive peptide has a structure as shown in formula I. IC50 for suppressing the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) of the bioactive peptide is 69.54 micromol/L; the blood pressure of congenital hypertensive mice is decreased from 224mmHg to 193mmgHg after being fed by adopting a dosage of 1.0mg/kg for 3.5 hours, and the duration of the drug effect is 2 hours.
