The invention discloses a device for ecologically improving the salinity of a seashore saline land. The device for ecologically improving the salinity of the seashore saline land comprises a rack, wherein the rack comprises two vertical supports and a horizontal support positioned between the vertical supports; mounting openings which are opposite are formed in positions, which are positioned below the horizontal support, of the two vertical supports; a rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in each mounting opening in a penetrating manner; a plurality of soil loosening knives are arranged on each rotating shaft; one end of each rotating shaft is connected with a first motor which is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; each soil loosening knife comprises a knife body and a connecting rod; one end of each connecting rod is fixedly connected with the corresponding rotating shaft; a threaded hole is formed in an end surface of the other end of each connecting rod; and a connecting end of each knife body
