The invention provides an OS switching method and device in a driving state and a mobile terminal. The OS switching method in the driving state comprises the steps of detecting the moving state of a user according to detection data of the mobile terminal; enabling an OS control function of the mobile terminal when the moving state of the user is detected to be the driving state; utilizing the control function of OS to adjust OS of the mobile terminal and each application running on the OS to be in a voice-interaction driving mode, wherein the voice-interaction driving mode refers to that the applications can receive and execute voice instructions of the user.
