Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of nonferrous metal mineral separation, and relates to a copper-molybdenum separation and grading method of molybdenum-contained copper concentrate. The method includes the steps that (1) the molybdenum-contained copper concentrate is subject to pretreatment grading of a hydrocyclone two times, and sand setting materials obtained two times after grading are merged to enter thickener for dehydration; (b) the sand setting materials obtained after dehydration are pumped in for copper-molybdenum separation first-section flotation operation, primary roughing, primary fine selection and primary scavenging are carried out, and primary rough concentrate with the molybdenum-contained grade being 9%-18% is obtained; and (c) after the primary molybdenum-contained rough concentrate is dehydrated through the thickener, then a tower milling machine is used for ore grinding, copper-molybdenum separation second-section flotation operation is then carried out, third-time fine selection and s |
