Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of high-purity polyphenol of olive fruits and application of the same in cosmetics. Fresh olives are used as raw materials, cleaning, blanching, kernel removal, vacuum freeze drying and smashing are performed, thus ultrasonic-assisted ethanol is adopted to extract polyphenols of the olive fruits, a crude polyphenol extract of the olive fruits is obtained, then macro-porous resin is utilized to purify the crude extract, polyphenol eluant is subjected to vacuum concentration and freeze drying, and the high-purity polyphenol product having the polyphenol content 89% or above of olive fruits is prepared. The polyphenol content is high after purification, the antioxidant activity is strong, and the preparation method can be used in the field of cosmetics.
