Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of bio-pharmaceuticals, relates to an application of a BK channel protein in preparation of an osteoblast cell intervention drug, and in particular relates to an application of the BK channel protein in preparation of a drug for intervening osteoblast cell proliferation and differentiation abnormality. According to the application disclosed by the invention, a large-conductance calcium-activated potassium channel (also called a BK channel) knockout and osteoblastic phenotype and osteoblast function decrease relationship model is established, and pathological states of osteoblast cells and functions of osteoblast cells in bone related diseases are simulated. Experimental results show that proliferation and mineralization are obviously decreased after BK knockout cloning, and general presentation of osteoblast differentiation marker genes is obviously lower than that of wild-type osteoblast. The result shows that the BK channel is an important target for regulating osteoblast |
