Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a thin film capacitor which comprises a capacitor element with a zinc layer and a lead group for leading out an electrode of the capacitor element; in the lead group, at least one lead is welded with the zinc layer in a zinc spraying manner. As the zinc layer of the capacitor element and a spraying point are made of pure zinc, the binding degree between zinc and zinc is firmer than that between zinc and tin. When being welded in a pure zinc spraying manner, the lead is embedded in a pure zinc environment and is combined with the capacitor element together to realize the purpose of leading out the electrode. In such a manner, the capacitor element cannot be damaged, and the pulling forces of the capacitor element and the lead are improved.
