Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of cane sugar in a vaccine and application of the method. The method comprises the following steps: in a vaccine to be tested, performing capillary electrophoresis separation on ionized cane sugar under an alkali condition, and detecting ultraviolet absorption of a background electrolyte solution, thereby indirectly confirming the content of cane sugar, wherein the background electrolyte solution used in capillary electrophoresis is an alkali background electrolyte solution containing 2,6-dipicolinic acid. The capillary electrophoresis indirection ultraviolet detection method disclosed by the invention is rapid, simple and convenient, high in accuracy and relatively low in cost in detecting cane sugar, and has reference significances upon cane sugar content testing on other vaccine products with cane sugar as a protection agent.
