The invention discloses a dispersedly energy dissipating inclined pipe water taking device. The water taking device comprises an inclined pipe and an energy dissipater. An air hole is formed in the top of the inclined pipe, and a water inlet hole is formed in an upstream face. The energy dissipater comprises an energy dissipating ladder, a first-level energy dissipating well and a second-level energy dissipating well, the energy dissipating ladder is arranged on a baseboard of the inclined pipe, the first-level energy dissipating well and the second-level energy dissipating well are arranged on the middle portion and the bottom of the inclined pipe respectively, and overhaul man holes are formed in the tops of the first-level energy dissipating well and the second-level energy dissipating well. The second-level energy dissipating well is connected with a water-conveyance pipe. The energy dissipating ladder and the energy dissipating wells are adopted to dissipate energy dispersedly by the water taking device.
