The spinning physiological characteristics of silkworms are changed through a silkworm breeding technology by adopting a wild silkworm variety to obtain the fibroin biological scaffold for wound healing. The biological scaffold is capable of keeping the natural structure and the activity of fibroin and has the original ecological characteristics of the fibroin. The fibroin biological scaffold has a porous structure and good air permeability and has very high mechanical strength and high biocompatibility. The fibroin biological scaffold has good biocompatibility and cell adhesiveness, is capable of supporting cell survival, proliferation and migration for a long period of time.
