The system comprises an application layer, relay servers and a power grid layer, wherein the application layer comprises an electric energy detection unit and a compensation unit, and is mainly used for information acquisition and compensation inside a power distribution network, wherein the compensation unit comprises reactive compensation and active compensation; the relay servers are used for information exchange between each layer; each relay server comprises a power grid data coordination platform and a power grid data outside platform; and the power grid layer comprises a power transmission network, a power distribution network and a micro grid.
