Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of mine detection, and aims at providing an energy spectrum measurement device and method. The device comprises an upper electronic unit chamber and a lower detector chamber. The top part of the upper electronic unit chamber is provided with a handle. A main detector is packaged in the lower detector chamber. Multiple anticoincidence detectors are arranged at the periphery of the main detector. The multiple anticoincidence detectors are externally provided with a shielding layer which is externally provided with a protective layer. The main detector and the anticoincidence detectors comprise scintillation crystal, an optical coupling body, a photodiode, a spectrum stabilization circuit, a pre-amplification circuit and a bias power supply circuit. The spectrum stabilization circuit is composed of a current monitoring part and a temperature detection part. The electronic unit chamber internally comprises a charging battery, a power supply conversion circuit, a summation circui
