Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an electric shovel tooth wireless monitoring and warning system based on low-intensity magnetic field detection. The electric shovel tooth wireless monitoring and warning system based on low-intensity magnetic field detection comprises low-intensity magnetic electric shove teeth, sensor modules and a monitoring and warning module. The sensor modules are arranged on a connection arm located between a steel wire rope on the lower side of a head sheave of a shovel and a bucket. The monitoring and warning module is arranged in a cab of the shovel. Each sensor module comprises a low-intensity magnetic field detection sensor, a signal amplifier, an A/D converter, a microprocessor and a wireless transmitter, wherein the low-intensity magnetic field detection sensor, the signal amplifier, the A/D converter, the microprocessor and the wireless transmitter are sequentially connected.
