The method specifically comprises the steps of firstly, selecting strawberry fruits which are fully ripened, bright in color and luster, disease-free and mildew-free as raw materials, removing fruit stalks, sepals and impurities, flushing and cleaning mud on the surfaces, and conducting moisture drying for usage; utilizing a crusher to crush cleaned strawberries into fruit pulp, pouring the fruit pulp into a fermentation bucket, and adding 100 g of 6% sulfurous acid per 100 kg to kill microorganisms on the surfaces of the fruits and bacteria in air; then, conducting sugar regulation, fermentation and clarification; finally, conducting seasoning treatment on semi-finished fruit wine, and conducting pasteurization on seasoned fruit wine to obtain the finished fruit wine.
